How it works
If transcribe.free didn't work out for you — accuracy wasn't good enough for your audio, you bought the wrong plan, or you simply changed your mind — request a refund within 30 days of the charge and we'll return it to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals immediately (you keep Pro until the end of the paid period). If you meant to cancel before a renewal and got charged anyway, ask within 30 days and we'll refund that renewal.
Credit packs
Unused packs are fully refundable within 30 days. Partially used packs are refunded pro-rata for the unused minutes.
