Zásady ochrany soukromí

Short version: anonymous uploads auto-delete in 24 hours, we never train models on your audio, and we don't sell or share your data.

Files you upload

Uploaded audio/video files are stored only to be transcribed and to show you the result. Anonymous uploads — files transcribed without an account — are deleted automatically, along with their transcripts, 24 hours after upload. Files uploaded from an account stay in your library until you delete them or delete your account.

No training on your audio

Your recordings and transcripts are never used to train or fine-tune speech models — ours or anyone else's. Processing happens on our own GPU servers; files are not sent to third-party AI providers.

Account information

If you create an account we store your email address, a password hash, and your transcription history. We use your email for login, verification, and transactional messages (receipts, password resets). No marketing email without explicit opt-in.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal); we never see or store full card numbers. We keep payment records (amount, date, plan) for accounting and to manage your subscription.

Anonymous usage limits

To enforce the daily free allowance we keep a short-lived, hashed counter derived from your IP address and browser signature. It expires within 24 hours and is not linked to any profile.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-respecting, first-party analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. Cookies are limited to what the site needs to function: your session, language choice, and theme preference.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except payment processing (above) or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can export your transcripts at any time, delete individual transcripts, or delete your entire account (and all its data) from the account page. For anything else, contact us via the contact page.
